ADULT GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Come join our adult gymnastics class that incorporates balance, flexibility, stretching and strength while maintaining and enhancing your gymnastics abilities. It is the perfect work out that uses every muscle in your body and helps develop gymnastics skills for all levels. Fun, rigorous and challenging for the old gymnast or any adult that wants to experience an exciting way to exercise. Your body will feel great and your friends will be impressed.
Our structured class incorporates a cardio/strength based warm up followed by floor basics (e.g. rolls, handstands, cartwheels). We then move on to circuit based drill/skill progressions where we learn things such as somersaults, handsprings and roundoffs. Our lessons are conducted safely by certified instructors, providing an excellent opportunity to avoid the “standard gym” and get in shape in a comfortable environment. We provide an intimate and hands-on coaching environment with a maximum group size of 12 (2 coaches for this size group).
The level will be dictated by you – our experienced coaches cater for everyone, from a person wanting to try handstands for the first time to an ex-gymnast working on a full twist. During the class you will be able to use the floor and air-floor as well as bars, rings, trapeze, rope, silks, trampoline and beams.
PRICING AND BOOKING
You can buy a single trial class or a 5 or 10-class pass. Bookings are required although you can attend casually when it suits your schedule.
- $36 for a single 75 minute class
- $170 for a 75 minute 5-class pass
- $330 for a 75 minute 10-class pass
We are running two classes each week:
- Tuesdays 6.45 – 8.00pm
- Thursdays 7.15 – 8.30pm
